The Challenge

Jason Underground Utilities is an underground utility and excavation company. They dig trenches, install pipes, and handle critical infrastructure work. What they didn't have was any digital presence at all -- no website, no online booking, no way for potential customers to find them outside of word-of-mouth referrals.

Owner Levi and his team spend their days on job sites, often underground and unreachable by phone. Calls were going unanswered. Leads were slipping through the cracks. And without a website, they were invisible to the growing number of people searching online for utility contractors.

Our Approach

We started where we always do: understanding the business. Within a day, we had a clear picture of how Jason Underground operates -- the types of jobs they take, the areas they serve, how they schedule work, and what their customers typically ask about.

From there, we designed and built a complete digital infrastructure from scratch:

• Professional website -- designed to establish credibility and convert visitors into leads. Service pages, project showcases, and clear calls to action.
• AI voice agent (Corey) -- a custom-trained voice system designed to answer calls professionally, capture lead information, answer common questions about services, and route urgent requests appropriately.
