SyX Solutions is a design, engineering and voice AI partner for growing businesses, founded by Alonzo McCarty in Houston, TX. We build the brand, the website, the apps and portals, and the voice agent that answers the phone and books the work. Then we stay on it after launch.
Why we exist
Two bad options, and the gap between them.
Alonzo founded SyX Solutions after watching service business owners stuck between two bad options. Hire an expensive firm that speaks in jargon and hands you a deck. Or try to stitch the tools together yourself, at night, after a full day of running the business.
Neither one gets the phone answered or the site working. So we built the third option: one team that designs it, builds it, connects it, and keeps it running. You do not manage five vendors. You call the people who made it.
The businesses we build for have one thing in common. They already get more calls or leads than they can handle, and work is slipping through the cracks. The trade matters less than that.
