Privacy Policy
Effective May 14, 2026. Plain language about what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
SyX Solutions ("SyX," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas-registered business that provides AI marketing and brand scaling, voice-agent deployment, automation, and digital implementation services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or work with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you submit a contact form, book a strategy call, sign up for an audit, or message us through any channel, we collect:
- Contact information (name, email address, phone number, business name)
- Business context (industry, role, company size, what you currently use, the problem you want solved)
- Anything you choose to share about your operations during a discovery call or onboarding
Client engagement information
When you become a client, we receive operational data needed to build and run the systems we deploy for you. This may include CRM exports, customer lists, lead-source feeds, calendar and booking data, call transcripts, ad-account access, website analytics, and similar business information. This information is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this website we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location for analytics, performance monitoring, and security purposes.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and qualify whether we are a fit
- To deliver, operate, and improve the AI systems and services you engage us for
- To communicate with you about your project, our services, or follow-up information you have requested
- To improve our website, our processes, and our service quality
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
3. AI Services Disclosure
Our services include the design and deployment of artificial intelligence systems, including conversational voice agents, SMS agents, automated qualification flows, and large-language-model assistants. When you call a phone number we operate or text a number we operate, you may be interacting with an automated system. We design our systems to identify themselves on request and to hand off to a human when needed. Recordings of calls and copies of messages may be retained for quality, training, transcription, and operational purposes.
4. SMS, Calls, and TCPA Consent
If you provide your phone number through our website, an opt-in form, or in the course of doing business with us, you agree that we (and the automated systems we operate on your behalf or for our own outreach) may contact you by phone call or SMS at that number. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send, or by emailing support@syx.solutions. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not use your number for marketing on behalf of unrelated third parties.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers we rely on to operate our business and deliver our services (such as cloud hosting, database, email, calendar, voice-agent, payment, and analytics platforms). These providers are bound by their own data agreements and may only use the information to support our services.
- With your team or designated representatives when you have asked us to coordinate with them on a project.
- To comply with law, respond to lawful requests from regulators, or protect the rights, property, and safety of SyX, our clients, or others.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections in place.
6. How We Protect Your Information
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the personal information we collect. Information in transit is encrypted, access is limited to authorized personnel with a need to know, and credentials we are issued by clients are stored in secrets-managed environments. No system is perfect, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed and we are not legally required to keep it, we delete it or anonymize it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Withdraw consent for SMS or call contact at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
10. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, performance, and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site functionality.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not operate, including the websites we have built for our clients. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before submitting any information.
