Is this actually free, or is there a catch?
Yes, the call is free. The way we win business is by being useful on the call. If we are a fit, you leave with a quote. If we are not, we tell you that and point you toward someone who is.
What if I am already with another agency or marketing person?
Bring it on the call. We will look at what is working, what is not, and tell you honestly whether switching is worth your time. Most of our clients came from an existing agency. A few of them stayed where they were, and we told them that was the right move.
How much does the work actually cost?
Custom websites start at $2,500 setup, one-time, no monthly required. The phone that answers and books is a one-time build fee plus a monthly, priced to your trade. A local shop starts at $500 build plus $500 per month with 500 minutes included. Home services like HVAC, roofing and plumbing run $2,000 build plus $1,250 per month with 750 minutes. Law, medspa and multi-location run $3,500 build plus $2,000 per month with 1,000 minutes. Past your included minutes it is $0.50 a minute, and there is a 3-month minimum. The Lead Engine for Meta ad creative and management is $3,000 per month flat. You will leave the call with a real quote, not a brochure.
Do you only work with service contractors?
That is our hunt focus, but the install playbook works for any service business that takes phone calls, books appointments, and runs ads. We have shipped builds for law firms, school districts, streetwear, and home service. If you fit the model, we will tell you on the call.
What happens after I book?
You get a calendar confirmation. Twenty-four hours before the call you get a reminder with a short three-question form so we walk into the call already knowing your setup. We do not send a "are you still coming" text every two hours.
Can I see the site or system live before the call?
Yes. On the call we screen-share real client builds, real AI receptionists, and real booking flows. You will see the actual thing you would be buying, not a slide deck.
