Brand and identity

Logo design and brand identity that makes a business look worth the price.

A logo is not a brand. A brand is a system: a mark, a colour and type language, a voice, and the rules that hold them together on a website, an ad, a truck and an invoice. We build that system first, so everything built after it has something real to stand on.

What we build

A complete system, not a folder of logo files.

One team designs the whole identity, so every piece reads as the same business. No fonts pulled from a template, no colours picked in isolation.

Logos and marks

A primary mark, a submark and the versions real placements need: favicon, social profile, signage, uniforms. Built to hold up small.

Colour and type

A locked palette and a type pairing chosen for how the brand is actually used: on a site, in a deck, on a vehicle.

Voice and messaging

How the brand sounds: tone, words it uses and words it never uses, and the few messages every page should land.

Social and ad templates

Reusable layouts for posts, stories and ads inside the same system, so new content goes out fast without drifting off brand.

Art direction

Photography style, illustration and texture, so the brand feels like one world instead of a pile of unrelated graphics.

Guidelines file

One reference that covers the logo rules, colour, type, voice and examples. Anyone you hire later can pick it up and stay on brand.

Our own brands

We build brand systems for our own products, and live with them.

LeadBind, our own product, carries an identity we designed: the mark, the colour, the type and the voice, applied across a website, a web app and an iPhone app. It is the plainest test of brand work there is. We use it every day, and we fix what does not hold up.

How it runs

From direction to rollout.

The system is defined before it is applied anywhere, so every surface it touches matches from the first day. The timeline is set in writing on the first call.

01

Start with the business

Who you sell to, who you compete with and what the brand has to say. Every design decision gets checked against this.

02

A few real directions

A small set of full concepts, each with mark, colour and type working together, so you choose a system and not a sketch.

03

Build it out and roll it out

Logo variations, colour, type, voice and templates, then applied to your site, ads, social and print, with the guidelines file to keep it consistent.

The brand in use

Where the identity goes next.

The same team takes the system into the places customers actually see it.

Questions

Common questions about brand identity.

Anything else, ask the agent at (832) 660-0658 or send us a note.

Do you refresh existing brands, or only build new ones?

Both. Some businesses need a brand from a blank page. Others already have a logo that customers recognise and just need it cleaned up and turned into a system. Refining what already works is often the better call, and we will tell you which one you need.

What do we actually receive?

Source files for the logo and every variation, a documented colour and type system, voice guidelines, social and ad templates, and one guidelines file that ties it together, in formats your team or any vendor can use.

How long does a brand identity take?

It depends on the scope, and the timeline is set in writing on the first call. A small set of directions, then the full system, then rollout.

Who owns the brand once it is built?

You do. Every mark, file and guideline is a deliverable that belongs to you.

Do you only do brand work?

No. Brand is usually the first layer. The same team builds the website, the apps and the voice agent on top of it, so the identity carries through everything a customer touches.
