What if my pricing is too complicated?
Most pricing is less mysterious than it feels once it is written down. We start by mapping how you actually price jobs, including the exceptions. Where a job truly needs a site visit, the agent gives a range and books the visit.
Can I change prices later?
Yes. Your pricing rules are kept separate from the agent, so raising a rate or adding a seasonal charge is an edit, not a rebuild. It applies from the next quote.
How accurate are the quotes?
As accurate as your rules. Standard services with clear pricing can get an exact number. Jobs that depend on site conditions get a range, and we tune those ranges during setup against jobs you have already priced.
Does this replace my estimators?
No. It handles the high volume of how much does this cost questions, so your estimators spend their time on the jobs that need a person on site.
